Day 02
Transfer to Digana. Blessings at the Kandy Temple of the Tooth Relic. Overnight stay in Digana – Rukgala Retreat
Get on a spiritual quest and together we pay a visit to the venerable Kandy Temple of the Tooth Relic, a UNESCO world heritage site. Relax and calm down at the Rukgala Retreat which is situated in Digana, a nice and drowsy place.
Day 03
Attend the Daily Yoga Classes Morning & Evening. Guided Walk to the Meditation Caves at Bambaragala. Explore Bambaragala Caves & Rock Climb. Overnight stay in Digana – Rukgala Retreat
The practice of yoga could be taken to the next level with morning and evening sessions led by well-trained instructors. Proceed to the mysterious Meditation Caves at Bambaragala, where be able to enjoy an exciting, guided stroll. The caving expedition will take you through the historical caves of the region. For an additional challenge, you can opt for rock climbing as well.
Day 04
Attend the Daily Yoga Class Morning & Evening. Paddle Boarding at the Lake. A Full-Body Massage from the Locally-trained Therapist at Rukgala Retreat. Overnight stay in Digana – Rukgala Retreat
Sharp your posture with classes which will be more invigorating. Get the adrenaline flowing with kneeboarding at the peacefully waving lake facing the thick greenery. Slow down by relaxing with a soothing full-body massage that you will be assisted with by a professional masseuse at the retreat.
Day 05
Transfer to Galle. After a Long Drive, Rest & Relaxing at the Hotel. Overnight stay in Galle Niyagama House.

Day 06
Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Morning Class. Guided Meditation & Relaxation. Evening Yoga Class Upon Your Request. Overnight stay in Galle Niyagama House.
This can be done by exercising the Vinyasa hatha yoga that will light up the power of your body and the brain. Be ready to take a guided meditation class for super relaxing effects. In the evening, attend a yoga class, as it is an option and suited to your style.
Day 07
Galle – Transfer to Airport
Closing your eyes and laying Sri Lanka to may your heart in peace be full and bearing energy of positivity. Transferring to the airport for the departure journey.
